Beginner Reformer

SO Fitness' Beginner Pilates class is catered for individuals who have not done Pilates before, just starting out or for those who are coming back to Pilates after a hiatus.

This class is also suitable for individuals who need Clinical Pilates for their injury rehabilitation.

 

Intermediate Reformer

SO Fitness' Intermediate Reformer Pilates class is suited for those at an advanced level of fitness and experience with Pilates. A variety of intermediate and advance moves will be incorporated. Pilates exercises taught in this class will be given harder options to help challenge every individual.

 

Special Reformer….

Introducing our special monthly classes! From Jump, Abs & Booty, Stretch & Mobility, Arms & Abs and more… These special classes will run for a limited time each time with limited spots available.

These classes are not beginner friendly and only recommended for those who have been doing Reformer Pilates for a while.
