Nicole K.

Studio Manager, Physiotherapist, Master Pilates Instructor, Lead Educator of The SO Academy™

Nicole is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhty), Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture (PGCert Acup) from AUT and a Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Health) from University of Melbourne. She is also a Master Pilates Instructor with qualifications in all Pilates equipment and in Pre & Post Natal Pilates. Nicole is also an advanced Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner in North Shore. She has trained overseas in many of her special interests including Pelvic Floor Health, Functional Movement, and Anatomy. Nicole believes in holistic care and the importance of teaching people to take control of their health. She currently practices out of her clinic- SO Physio, inside SO Fitness alongside leading our education branch. She is also pursuing her Masters of Physiotherapy in Pelvic Floor Health with University of Melbourne.

Vivian C

Studio Manager, Senior Pilates Instructor

With a background as a competitive National Rhythmic Gymnast, Ballet dancer, and teacher, Vivian has a strong passion for mastering form and mindful movements with the body. She is not only specialised in rehabilitation exercises but as a Certified Pilates Instructor, she can also give tailored workouts for her clients who want to tone and define their bodybuilding strength using the correct form and posture. After years of studying and practice, she has experienced the vast benefits of Pilates in her own body and is now on a journey to inspire others for their self-growth and healing.
