At SO Fitness™, we provide personalised private classes to help complement your rehabilitation process or help meet your fitness goals. We have curated different types of private training based on your unique condition, injury or lifestyle goals.

Private sessions by our fitness team are ideal for beginners who feel a bit overwhelmed by a class setting or advanced practitioners who wish to advance their technique with more attention. Privates by our clinical team are also great for athletic conditioning, injury recovery, specific musculoskeletal conditions as well as pre & post-natal recovery.

Master Instructor

Master Instructor - Nicole K.

The SO Fitness™ studio has an in house clinical team with a senior physiotherapist & Master Instructor with over 7+ year experience. Their clinical background as well as anatomical & injury recovery knowledge ensures that your Pilates journey will be safe, complementary to your rehabilitation goals and research driven.

Nicole is also the Lead Instructor for The SO Academy™, responsible for the in house training of all of our instructing team.

Each session will be tailored specifically to working with your muscular imbalances. See results in just a few sessions.

People who would need Privates with our rehab team are individuals pre & post pregnancy, injury recovery, scoliosis, lower back injuries, hip &shoulder injuries, athletic conditioning, post surgery recovery, specific muscle imbalance correction, postural correction etc etc.

Senior Instructor

Senior Instructor - Vivian C

Do you know the SO Fitness™ studio houses ex national rhythmic gymnasts & RAD trained ballet teacher? Your fitness goals will all be achieved with flying colours with our Senior Instructor. With 5+ year experience, Vivian specialises in control, flexibility and postural correction training, along with helping you achieve your fitness goals. These sessions are ideal for advanced practitioners who wish to advance their technique with more attention or beginners wanting a bit more personalisation before jumping into group classes.

Junior Instructor

Do you know the SO Fitness™ studio houses cross fit national finalist, exercise physiologist to be & long time Pilates enthusist? Your fitness goals will all be achieved with our Junior Instructing team. These sessions are ideal for beginners (with no injury histories or specific goals) who feel a bit overwhelmed by a class settings.

Privates Duos & Trios

Duos & Trios with Junior & Senior Instructor

Workout and be accountable with your best buddy! 2 or 3 is always better than 1, so we have curated a 2 or 3 on 1 private session with our senior & junior instructor team as you both work on your specific fitness goals and have a blast together.
