Bali January 2026 120 Hr Comprehensive Mat Pilates TT Online + In Person

Our Mat Pilates Course is a 120+ Hour course fully online to teach you everything you need to teach Mat Pilates at the comforts of your own time.

This is a hands on, practical based learning course to focus on giving you the best hands on knowledge to apply to your teaching with confidence after graduation.
Our courses are Internationally Accredited & Recognized with our graduates teaching all around NZ and internationally.

CLASS ATTENDANCE & OBSERVATION
- Minimum 35 Hours Group Classes + Observation
ONLINE SELF DIRECTED LEARNING MATERIALS
- Online Modules with access to 50+ Mat Pilates Moves and Foundational Theory, approximately 40 hours.

- 25 Hours In Person Practice Teaching & Learning (practical days - 8th-10 January)

Our Reformer Pilates Course is a 150+ Hour hour course with a combination of online content and 4-day in person to teach you everything you need to teach Reformer Pilates.

This is a hands on, practical based learning course with small cohorts to focus on giving you the best hands on knowledge to apply to your teaching with confidence after graduation.
Our courses are Internationally Accredited & Recognized with our graduates teaching all around NZ and internationally.
This course includes -
ONLINE + SELF DIRECTED LEARNING
- Online Modules with access to 80+ Reformer Pilates Moves, approximately 35 hours.
- 30 Hours Group Classes and/or Observation at SO studios or others.
