Your Guide to Conquer the Summer Reset Challenge!

SO, you've signed up for the Summer Reset Challenge and are wondering how to accomplish all 20 classes in 25 days?! Well, this is the right post for you.

Here are some foolproof ways to conquer the challenge in flying colours

  • Firstly, PREBOOK in those classes!

I’m assuming you already did. But if you haven’t, DO it this instant! It’s a big advantage that you schedule out the times you’ll be taking a class. Not only to make sure you’ll be free that time but more importantly, that the class has capacity and is not already full.

  • Relating to pre booking classes. You’re also going to commit to the time you are booked in for!

Mindset is everything - make that booking to hold yourself accountable and agree to actually attend them. If you miss one or two that all adds up in the end. You don’t want to find out that you have more classes to do (more than expected) towards the end of 25 days.

  • Make sure you’re taking care of yourself.

This saying is always talked about but it’s SO important. If you’re not eating well, getting enough sleep or have other worries in your personal life, this may have a big impact on accomplishing the challenge to your full potential. Your wellbeing has an immense affect on your energy levels, mood and could potentially sabotage your attendance and performance in classes. Prioritise your body and health - this is your daily responsibility!

  • Be ready for class!

This is more of a practical one but it really helps when you’re staying on top of your time management and making sure you’re prepared to jump into class. Some days, you may need to jump into a class straight after work, studying or doing your regular day-to-day activities. This will save you a lot of time and energy if you already have everything conveniently prepped and ready to go.

  • Get yourself motivated (this is definitely easier said than done).

The Summer Reset Challenge is very fun and exciting but it is a challenge for a reason! You may find it difficult on some days where you have no energy, no motivation or can’t be bothered to attend a class. On a real note: That’s when it counts. I really suggest finding that one spark, which excites you to attend every class! Whether that’s: finding a pilates bestie to go to classes with, finding the enjoyment of sticker collecting on your individual challenge card, getting hyped to see your favourite instructor or watching transformation videos on YouTube to hype you up. Whatever it is that motivates you, this is really going to help you stay dedicated and push you to your limits. SO, let’s be proactive together!

  • Set some goals!

Moving along from finding what motivates you, setting realistic reachable goals is key in measuring your performance or attendance throughout the 25 days. Examples of goals could be: completing one back-to-back class (where you complete two classes straight after the other), advancing to a harder spring option in classes, exercising everyday, completing the challenge itself and more. Remember to think about what is achievable for you. These goals can also be a form of motivation for you too!

Wow, and just like that, that is the end of this post. Hope you found some tips and inspiration to conquer the Challenge! If you’re not signed up already, what are you waiting for?!
