Reformer Pilates at SO Fitness™ is carefully curated and dedicated to tone & sculpt those important muscles in your body designed to protect you and maximizing your body’s potentials. Functionally driven, we ensure that our low impact, resistance based exercises improve your daily activities, reduce the risk of injuries and ensure you leave our studio buzzing with endorphins.

 
 
 

The Studio

Our smaller sized Pilates studio gives you the opportunity to have a semi personalised workout as well as experiencing a more personable studio vibe. Our goal is for our clients to experience The SO Method™ and make every visit to our studio a memorable time. Chose our studio as your personal Pilates playground, and a place to de-stress and get a great workout at the same time.

 
 

The Team

Our team of certified instructors are trained and experienced at teaching out reformer method to everyone at all fitness levels and across all ages.

Our team is also consist of a clinical branch led by an in house physiotherapist to ensure our workouts are always safe, functionally driven and adaptable to anyone’s lifestyle or injury background.

 
 

The Method

The The SO Method™ involves training small & big muscle groups required for daily functional movements, optimising your every potential. We teach you to improve your mobility while creating stability by strengthening, stretching different body parts together and working on your balance in every session. Our workouts are low impact, resistance strength training based and highly adaptable to all fitness levels & genders across all ages.
