The Spa Nomad X SO Fitness

A Day of Wellness.

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we welcomed our SO Fitness community to a unique experience that combined the best of two worlds - bringing together the forces of pilates and spa treatments to truly make it a wellness afternoon experience. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement for what was coming ahead: 

We started the day with an energising 30- minute reformer pilates session. Our dedicated Master Instuctor - Nicole K. led these sessions, guiding everyone through a series of full body exercises. 

After the Pilates session, it was time to unwind and pamper ourselves at The Spa Nomad area. With expert therapists in our very own private room, the girls enjoyed a little taste of what The Spa Nomad has to offer and consultations, with Kristen and Julie, about their skin concerns or skincare goals.

Not to forget, the collaboration with The Spa Nomad was a celebration of our incredible SO Fitness community. We couldn’t be prouder of the positive energy, love and support that each person brings to our studio. In return, we wanted to support you and treat your mind and body with a little pamper. This event (and more in the future) is our way of saying “thank you” and offering a experience that reflects holistic wellness.

SO, Why is this important?

The day continues…

This day involved a Matcha DIY Drink Station, welcoming our girls as they transitioned from pilates to spa. They had the opportunity to craft their own matcha/hydration creations, complete with a variety of fruits.

This little oasis of indulgence not only delighted our taste buds but also provided a moment of connection. It was a place where our SO Fitness family could mingle, exchange stories and bond over our common love of wellness and pilates. This was my favourite part. Just being able to unwind, be ourselves and get to know people on a deeper level (outside of group classes). This was truly the whole wellness package.

As we wrap up this event, we can’t help but feel inspired by the positive vibes, the smiling faces and the connections made with both new and familiar faces. Our SO Fitness community is not just a collection of members; it’s a family on a pilates journey together. 

We’d like to extend our deepest gratitude to The Spa Nomad for sharing this wonderful day with us all. Together, we’ve created something truly special and we look forward to more collaborations in the future.
